# Governance Governance is going to be facilitated by adopting an organizational structure that exhibits DAO features and by intruding governance tokens called $ALFA. Token holders will be economically incentivized to contribute strategically and operationally in the success of AdaLand. By embracing organizational principles underlying DAOs the team will be able to leverage the community of token holders in an optimal way.
