Making technical progress

* Wallet compatibility, 
* Smart contracts on AdaLand 
* 2nd recruiting wave: Recruiting additional core members in smart contracts, community governance and 
* Forming a governance board Transferring power to the community: 
* Implementing a DAO governance model starting with community voting mechanisms dependent on land ownership duration 
* Building first utility: Partnering with and fostering the Cardano developer community by building first flagship utility applications in AdaLand, 
* Providing a PoC for our AdaLand Developer program, as well as increasing the stickiness of AdaLand for users
